DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

   We do understand life happens, and some hunters can't make the trip once they have booked. Please remember we book our hunts according to the number of hunters booked in the group. We're limited to space and once you have book, that's your time frame, and your deposit holds your spot. If you have to forfeit your day(s) hunt, your deposit is non- refundable . All hunts need to be paid for in CASH the night before your hunt or the morning of your hunt. NO CHECKS ALLOWED FOR PAYMENT. If you book multi-day hunts, then you will be asked to pay for your hunts the first day. Please feel free to text, or call me the day before your hunt to see how the birds are. Please do not email me the day before your hunt as we are super busy. Call or text with your name and the date you are hunting to ensure a faster response time. 

In the event I/Aaron Mathews/Fourth Generation Outfitters has to cancel the hunt date(s) due to bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances. The deposit(s) will be refunded 100%. If moving your date(s) durning that same season is an option, we will gladly do so.
